This year was even better than last year with a WW2 battle re-enactment, WW2 display, WW1 display with trench and machine gun position, and an Irish War of Independance re-enactment- all part of another fabulous weekend in Co. Cork!See the pics on the Right of this page!

Gorey Militaria Fair

Sat 26th June

Another great day for collectors and re-enactors alike. The WARGROUP War of Independance crown forces were there to advise the public on appropriate hands-out-of-pocket use as per the original Macroom order....Just as the WARGROUP flying column were there to advise differently... another great day and many thanks to Mark Hayden and his lovely family for all their warm hospitality

Mar 21st: WARGroup's new baby!!

After an 8 day rail journey across Canada, WARGroup's new arrival has finished the first step of it's long journey from Alberta. Our Bren Carrier has finally set sail for Ireland. Mar 13th/14th: WARGroup Battle weekend

This was a resounding success, with two ambushes by the Allies on Saturday, followed by a defeated pincer attack on the German HQ on Sunday- pics on the news page!
